Five magical water
Today we will discuss about some 5 health drinks to stay healthy,the first one
is Fenugreek water.Fenugreek has lots of medical properties,it is bitter in
taste and are ofen used in india.take a full spoon of Fenugreek seeds and soak
them in a full glass of pure water rest it for atleast 8 to 10 hours and after
that you just take it before one hour of taking meal or you can take it in
morning time before your breakfast. Fenugreek is known to be rich in fibre,
vitamins, manganese.it has potential to improve blood sugar control,reducing
inflammation and aiding digestion, etc.there are some more befits of taking
Fenugreek water... 1.It improve your digestion it is very helpful in improving
indigestion, bloating, constipation. 2.Lower cholesterol levels,when we take
regular consumption of Fenugreek water it may help lower LDL (bad) cholesterol
level. 3.fenugreek water is very helpful in lossing weight very speedly. 4.It is
also very helpful to regulate blood sugar level and helpful for individuals with
diabetes or insulin resistance. 5.fenugreek water contains anti-inflammatory
properties that helping to alleviate inflammation related conditions like
arthritis and asthma. 6.It is very helpful in our hair health,it prevents scalp
issues. 7.It also enhances our immune system. Now we understand that there are
so many befits of consuming Fenugreek water. always remember it much more
beneficial to us when we regularly take it..or we take it as empty stomach in
the morning. second megical drink is carom seed water.carom seed is also known
as ajwain. How to make ajwain water.. first take a glass of water and 1 or 2
spoon of carom seeds,soak it for 8 to 10 hours now the water is ready to consume
or boil a glass of water add 2 table spoon of carom seeds and simmer for a few
minutes then remove from heat and let it cool now strain the water into glass
and drink it warm. Benifits are... 1.very helpfull in digestion because it has
digestive enzymes. 2.It also helping in respiratory issues because carom seeds
have anti- bacterial,anti-viral, anti-inflammatory properties. 3.It is very
helpful in weight loss. 4.It is very helpful in reducing bad breath or oral
infections. Third megical water is Coriander water..we also known as dhaniya
water.it has various potential of health benefits.. How to make coriander water-
Take a glass of water and add 2 table spoon of coriander seeds and rest it for 8
to 10 hours after that add some lemon drops it is optional and take it in empty
stomach. if you have allergic to coriander and other discomfort then don't take
it. Benifits of coriander seeds water-- 1.very helpful in Digestion,
bloating,bowel movements 2.Its water may helpful in suppress appetite. 3.It is
helpful in reducing inflammation. 4.It is very helpfull in lower blood pressure.
5.It is very helpful in strengthen our bones. 6.It is very helpful in boosting
our immune system. Fourth magical water is Cinnamon water..we also known as daal
chini. cinnamon has lots of benefits like boosting metabolism,reducing
inflammation and improving digestion. How to make cinnamon water... Take a glass
of water and boil it in sim flame when the water is boil add cinnamon into water
and boil the water till its colour change then stain it and consume it when its
little warm Benifits.. 1.Its water is very helpful in indigestion. 2.Cinnamon
water is helpful in burn calories more efficiently and regulate blood sugar
levels. 3.Cinnamon water may improve cognitive function and memory. 4.Cinnamon
water may help in boosting the immune system and protect against inflections.
5.Cinnamon water may helpful in weight loss. Fifth megical water is ginger water
..it has many health benefits.. you can make ginger water at home from fresh
ginger roots it is easily available in the market. How we make ginger water at
home-- take a fresh piece of ginger and make its thin slices and pour into water
and boil it 15 to 20 minutes then stain it and add some lemon drops or honey you
can add for enhancing its flavour now little cool it and it is ready to consume.
Benifits.. 1.Digestion-ginger water may help in soothe the digestive tract.
2.Skin health-ginger water may help in reducing acne and blemishes. 3.Blood
sugar - ginger water may help in control fasting blood sugar levels. 4.Weight
loss-ginger water is very effective in weight loss when it is taking before one
hour of taking meal and at night after one hour of taking dinner.it is also
helpful when you take it in empty stomach in morning time regularly.
