Now a days everyone's wants to have a healthy Glowing skin it can be easily achieved by eating nourishing,stay hydrated and some care about your skin.
Skin isn't just a outer layer of our bodies,it is our largest living organ.our skin is constantly changing to protect inside from germs and bacteria.skin protect us ,to understand better about the skin you have to understand first that what are the causes of dry skin.

Causes of dry skin:-

1.Lifestyle-  bad life style like eating junk food, consumption of alcohol,lack of water,lack of sleep often leads to skin dryness.our skin type depends on our lifestyle.

2.our climate  and environment:-climate significantly effect our skin by increasing ultraviolet rays radiation exposure leading to sun burn.heatwaves and sudden temperature changes can can cause dryness, irritation to skin.pollution in the air can clog pores of skin.due to cold and dry climates lead to excessive loss of moisture of skin.

What are the various ways to get Healthy Glowing Skin:-

1.Moisturize your skin:- To get healthy glowing skin one should moisturize skin regularly specially in winter season .as humidity is low in cold temperatures so the chances of skin dryness increase .one should apply lotions on skin to get rid of dryness.

2.Stay hydrated:-one should take lots of water or drink much water in a day to stay hydrated.

3.sleep well:-To enhance the beauty of skin we should have to sleep at least 6 to 8 hours in a day.
4.Stay healthy:- for glowing skin ,eats salid and juices and drink lots of water daily,and stay healthy.
5.Reduce stress:- stress causes a chemical response in your body that make your skin more sensitive.so live happy to reduce stress.

Glowing skin secrets:-

The main secrets to attaining a glowing skin is maintaining a healthy diet rich in vegetables and fruits,drinking plenty of water and regular gentle exfoliation to remove our body dead skin cells,manage our stress and worries, taking enough sleep,using skin products.

You can easily make your skin glow naturally by using natural products like coconut oil,aloevera,papaya, milk,curd,vitamin -e, moisturizer etc.if you regularly apply these..on your  face regularly in a few days your skin get started glowing naturally.

1.Carrots:- Carrots are benificial for healthy and glowing skin.carrots have beta carotene which helps our body turns into vitamin A.it helps skin to renew itself and acne free.carrots are high in beta carotene which helps us in removing dark spots from skin.

2. Tomatoes:-Tomatoes have ample amount of lycopene,and lycopene is a kind of

antioxidants that found in red and pink fruits.it helps our skin from sun damage and helps to reduce the wrinkles.it is very healthy for our skin.tomatoes helps us in decreasing skin melanin formation.Intake of tomatoes can prevent us excessive production of melanin.

As dark chocolate also gives you radiant and healthy glowing skin dark chocolate with high cocoa content is packed with flavonoids it improves blood flow in our skin.

Vitamin E is the basic ingredient for most skin care products.it is helpful in protection from UV induced damage.sunflower seeds,peanuts, almonds, brocoli tomatoes, spinach,kiwi, mangoes are the rich source of vitamin E.

For the protection of our skin vitamin D plays a Important role,it increases our immune system.mushroom,egg yolks,and oysters are rich source of vitamin D.

Vitamin B5 is known as pantothenic acid which helps in enhancing the proper healing of wounds when used as a topical treatment.it protect against pollution,sun and external source of skin stress.fish and chicken are the source of vitamin B5.
