Walking and it's benefits for health

 Walking for Health



Walking is very good for our health.It is a very simple way to improve your health.it also help us to reduce weight and stress,it boost our energy level.walking is to move or go somewhere by putting one foot in front of the other on the ground but without running


Benifits of walking:-

There are so many benefits of walking these are as follows:-


1.Making our bone strength:-walking help us to strengthen our bones.

2.Boost our energy level:-walking helps us in boosting our energy level by releasing endorphins and delivering oxygen throughout our body.

3.Increase muscle power:-walking can increase our muscle power and endurance.

4.less risk of diseases:- walking help us in reducing the risk of diseases like osteoporosis,type 2 diabeties and some cancer.

5.Weight management:- walking can help us to maintain our weight and reduce body fat.

6.Burn excess calories:-walking is very helpful in burning our body calories.


How to get started walking:-

Walking begins with a slow pace,warm up with light stretches and then gradually increase your walking time and distance and aim for consistency by walking a few days in a week.try to set a realistic goals to increase the time and distance of walking.before starting walking drink some water ,and  drink water during walking and after walking.

How many steps we should take per day?

At least 30 to 40 minutes a day or 8000 to 10000 steps consider best to improve your health, however the number of steps you walk in a day depends on your age,and fitness level.

Is walking a sufficient exercise :-

Walking is just as good as any other form of exercise.walking can be considered a sufficient exercise for maintaining our overall health, especially when walking done at a brisk pace foa a consistent duration.walking can be done by anyone even bignner or those with joint issues.walking requires no special equipment and it can be done in anywhere at any time.

Conclusion :-walking is a good exercise ,it is Highly accessible and benificial for overall Health.it is good for physical and mental health ,for better and healthier life walking must be a habit in normal life.
